Nourish your mind with good habits
I read an article on the Straitimes recently. I find it helpful and decided to extract the key points to share it with you.It state this:
Human are creatures of habits and most of us have our share of good and bad habits.Success or failure depends on your habits.If your habits are encourging, motivating and empowering, you will have a sucessful life.However, if yours habits limit your performances and prevent you from achieving your goals and potential, chances are that you will not live a fulfilling life.
So, how should you feed your mind with good habits.Each day, feed your mind with only positive thoughts.Yours thought will soon define your character.Your mind is like a garden. Yours positive thoughts will soon harvest the results that you have planted.Always listen to your words and be conscious of your own actions.If your worlds are always encouraging and motivating, your mind will prosper. Always read a motivation book or tapes.Exerecis your mental muscle three times a day.It is your responsibilty to nourish your mind with the right food and no one else but you is responsible for your success.
